Faq's

What are your store hours?
We're available 9am - 6pm Monday thru Friday, and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays (CST). Call us at 800-536-9463 and you'll speak with a real person - one who sails and paddles! And we'll do everything possible to get you the right gear at the right price as soon as possible!

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards.

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

How long before my order ships?
In stock and complete orders normally ship within 24 hours (excluding Sunday). In the case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you to ask how you would like for us to handle your order. Please provide us with an accurate contact number and email on your original order to avoid delays.

What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred methods of shipping are UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonable priced. Kayaks, boats, and trailers require special handling and ship via the most efficient common carrier we can schedule to your requested destination.

What if I need my order faster?
Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them.We can ship orders via Next Day Air up until 3PM CST.

Is there a warranty on products I purchase from you?
We are authorized dealers for the items that we carry. Our products are fully covered by the manufacturer’s stated warranties and policies.

What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the item you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So for that reason, WE TAKE BACK ANY STOCKING ITEM WE SELL. Just return it to us within 30 days We will even arrange return freight for you. Just pack the item up in it's original package and we'll send someone for it. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We can not take back used, installed or tried items. Items must be resaleable and in their original packaging. You do not need a return authorization, but we would like to be informed via e-mail, phone or whatever so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any items that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.

It is our goal to keep this site and its contents as up to date as possible, but in our world of constantly changing technology and information it is inevitable that products, availability and pricing may change without notice. In the event you have ordered something that is not available or pricing or freight costs have changed, we will contact you with the product, availability, price or freight update before we fill your order to allow you to alter your order as you choose.
